Focused on investing in sectors backed by global megatrends, we invest in and partner with specialist operators to access attractive and scarce real estate. This improves our ability to unlock best-in-class real estate opportunities in hard to access sectors and enables us to create value.

Additionally, we have expertise in structuring bespoke solutions and capitalising on countercyclical opportunities through privatisations or distressed situations when market dislocation occurs.

With a focus on income generation, we specialise in investing and managing office, industrial, residential and retail assets. Through disciplined market selection and proprietary analytics, we aim to enter and exit markets ahead of the cycle to help drive value for our clients.
