Workforce Inclusion Policy

Macquarie’s principles of Opportunity, Accountability and Integrity underpin our Workforce Inclusion Policy and are embedded in our culture. Our Workforce Inclusion Policy defines Macquarie’s commitment to inclusion and the structures in place to ensure it is realised.

Macquarie Group Accessibility Action Plan 2025 - 2028

Macquarie’s global Accessibility Action Plan formalises our ongoing commitment to inclusion and defines our goals and the actions we will continue to progress over a three-year period to improve accessibility and inclusion.  

Reconciliation Action Plan – Reflect

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a public and formal commitment to reconciliation with First Nations people in Australia, with a focus on strengthening our relationships with communities and organisations. Our inaugural ‘Reflect’ RAP was launched in 2023 and completed in 2024. We are now in the process of developing our second ‘Innovate’ RAP.

Australia Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) 2024-25 Gender Pay Gap Employer Statement

This document accompanies WGEA’s publication of gender pay gap data, which discloses the difference between women and men’s median pay for our business in Australia for the 2024-25 reporting period.

UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting

In accordance with the Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements effective from 6 April 2017, we have published our pay statistics for male and female employees in the United Kingdom (UK). All UK employing entities with over 250 members in their workforce are required to make this disclosure. Full detail of how this data is calculated is provided in the reports below.

Ireland Gender Pay Gap Reporting

In accordance with the public disclosure required under the Gender Pay Information Act in Ireland effective 1 June 2025, we publish the data points relating to pay by gender for staff of Macquarie Bank Europe DAC (“MBE”). This legislation applies to all Irish organisations with 50 or more employees. Full details on how this data is calculated is provided in the following report.
