Based in Canada, Dye & Durham is a leading provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions designed to boost efficiency and productivity for legal and business professionals. Its core products include legal search platforms and conveyancing workflow software.

Approach

The Company was looking to refinance its existing capital structure shortly after closing on two acquisitions, and were looking to find a capital partner with the ability to transact within a quick timeframe and fund future growth.

Outcome

Macquarie and a partner provided a $C200m facility. The financing solution met the client’s requirement for a capital return without shareholder dilution and the transaction was completed and funded within 40 days.
