Pollyanna Rayappan: Building an inclusive culture and leading with Pride

Pollyanna joined Macquarie in 2013 as a Surveillance Analyst and is now a Senior Manager in the Risk Management Group. Based in Singapore, she has built a fulfilling career while championing LGBTQ+ inclusion as co-lead of the Pride Employee Network Group in Asia, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can be their best selves.
