Macquarie Bank Capital Notes 3 (BCN3) are unsecured, subordinated notes issued by Macquarie Bank Limited. They are non-cumulative and mandatorily convertible. BCN3 are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code 'MBLPD'.
The BCN3 were listed on the ASX on 27 August 2021. The BCN3 offer raised $A654,848,000 through the issue of 6,548,480 BCN3 at $A100 each.
The Scheduled Mandatory Exchange date is 8 September 2031.

Note: The Distribution Rate will be determined, and the notice given, when all of the necessary inputs to the calculation are available. One of the inputs to this calculation is the franking rate. Macquarie determines its franking rate every six months along with the determination of Macquarie Group Limited (MGL) ordinary share dividend payments. As a result, the Distribution Rate for the 7 June payment will be released shortly after the MGL annual results announcement in early May each year and the Distribution Rate for the 7 December payment will be released shortly after the half-year results announcement in which is no later than November each year. The 7 March and 7 September Distribution Rates will be announced shortly after the previous payment dates.
