Gurugram Returnship Program

About the program

Our Gurugram Returnship Program is an opportunity for you to re-integrate yourself into the financial services sector through an 8 to 12 week internship.

Over the course of the program, you will build new skills, gain confidence and get valuable experience and insight into your chosen business area. 

After an in-depth induction, you’ll be working closely with your team enabling you to work on projects that match your skills and experience.

Applications are now open and close on 15 September 2020. The program will commence in October 2020. Please note, due to COVID-19 this will be a remote program. 

We have opportunities in the following groups:

  • Technology
  • Financial Management Group

Eligibility requirements

Seeking to return

Be seeking to return to work following a voluntary career break of at least one year for technology roles and more than one year for finance roles.

Work experience

Have previous work experience with the relevant skills or transferable skills for the business groups available.

Skillset

Have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.

Motivated

Be highly motivated and able to contribute to the core activities of your business.
