Macquarie Group Capital Notes 2 (MCN2) were unsecured, subordinated notes issued by Macquarie Group Limited. They were non-cumulative and mandatorily convertible. The MCN2 were quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code 'MQGPB'.
The MCN2 were listed on the ASX on 18 December 2015. The MCN2 offer raised $A531 million through the issue of 5.31 million MCN2 at $A100 each.
