Whether you are studying science, maths, finance, arts or anything else, there is a place for you at Macquarie. We welcome students from all degree backgrounds who are in their final year or have graduated within 12 months, and are keen to roll up their sleeves, eager to learn and want to contribute from day one.
Our Graduate Program offers a learning environment designed to create our future leaders. We’re looking for the best minds to help manage, develop, advise, finance and trade.
Our 12-24 month structured program is designed with your interests in mind. You’ll receive hands-on and formal training, be supported and mentored by your peers and leaders, as well as through the Graduate Development Program.
You’ll start with an induction at our headquarters in Sydney where you’ll meet your grad cohort before commencing the program to kickstart your career.

Are you interested in the financial services industry? Regardless of what you are studying you can join our Summer Internship Program for 10-12 weeks of hands-on experience.
You’ll get to work on real projects from your first day, develop and utilise new skills, explore interesting fields and do challenging work.
Put your learnings to work in a global business, build a professional network and learn from business leaders.
Summer Interns are eligible to be fast-tracked for our Graduate Program.

Are you a science, technology, engineering or maths student, or a woman from any degree discipline, in your penultimate year of study?
Join our Winter Development Program, where you will gain exposure to our global corporate M&A, advisory, development, equities, investment or asset management capabilities. From advising business on acquisitions, restructures and investments to managing critical infrastructure, new energy projects and sustainable food supplies throughout this paid program you will be exposed to the workings of real deals, transactions and investments while building your professional profile.
