Developed by MGT Power and located in North-East England, Tees Renewable Energy Plant will be the world’s largest new-build biomass plant. MGT Power partnered with Macquarie to successfully commercialise, structure and finance the project through development to financial close in August 2016, with construction due to be completed by 2020.
