From powering more than 500,000 homes in Mexico to replacing essential infrastructure connecting New York and New Jersey, our presence in the region has continued to grow and evolve.

The One Commerce Square complex is the home of our global investment management business. Centrally-located with easy access to the city’s transportation, the complex includes an open-air courtyard featuring a 25-foot interactive media display, restaurants and water fountain.
In 2020, Macquarie announced plans to further solidify our commitment to the city of brotherly love with a new office location at 100 S Independence Mall West. The office will be adjacent to some of the nation’s most significant and revered sites such as the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
