Graduates and Interns
We’re looking for students who bring something different; who can push boundaries, challenge processes and examine a problem from all angles.
Joining the Macquarie Graduate Program, your career development starts with a tailored orientation and business group-specific workshops. You will then embark on a program with on-the-job training, access to a comprehensive range of external and internal courses and the opportunity to build your business network.
We offer a variety of Graduate Programs across our business groups for which students in their final year of study are eligible to apply.
Our Graduates typically commence in February and August of each year.
We offer summer internships to students in their penultimate year of study. The program runs for 10 to 12 weeks from May or June. A summer internship offers you invaluable hands-on experience and can set you up for a successful career once you complete your studies. Working alongside leading industry professionals, you will receive a structured induction, on-the-job training and networking opportunities.
Throughout the year, a number of our business groups offer internship programs to students outside of our typical program dates.
