Macquarie Capital is a global business with capabilities in corporate advisory, capital markets and principal investment.
Graduates within Macquarie Capital are offered industry training and exposure to multi-million dollar corporate finance transactions. Graduates may have the opportunity to complete a short rotation in a different industry or product group and may have an opportunity to work offshore.
Our graduates and summer interns are encouraged to undertake further study and continued professional development.
Graduates will work with industry leaders as well as taking on individual responsibilities including:
- mergers and acquisitions
- takeovers and corporate restructuring
- financing strategies in equity and debt capital markets, and debt structuring and distribution
- private placements, and
- principal transactions.
Summer internship program
Summer interns receive specialist training in:
- financial modelling and technical skills
- presentation and communications skills.
Summer interns have the opportunity to grow their network through organised social events.
At the conclusion of the program, interns are offered the opportunity to present a transaction pitch to a board of Macquarie Capital directors.
