The MS4205ex is designed to provide tests of engineering and analysis of high-speed memories. The system offersspeed scalability up to 416 MHz/832 Mbps and Data I/O widths of 18 or 36 channels aimed at meeting QDR and DDR testrequirements. Designed to enhance user productivity, it features a graphical sequence editor to create and modify testpatterns for any type of memory using Windows-based tools, and a bitmap capture feature allowing bitmaps to be captured atmaximum tester speed into a compressed database. The MS4205ex is a laboratory-sized system including a tester cabinetwith a small remote test head, and a Microsoft Windows-based PC system controller.
