The Pegasus S300 semi-automatic wafer probers offer an economical probing platform for rapid testing of full and partial wafers up to 300 mm.
Hot chuck (TC tempchuck between ambient and 300℃, Voltage@Current=100-120V AC@15A or 220-240V AC@8A, 50/60Hz).
No auxiliary chucks for a function of Cleaning or calibration.
No IEEE 488 inside.
No missing parts. No damaged parts but the operation check is judged to be NG because the Stage shifts diagonally. This issue is expected to be resolved by repairing with the OEM.
Tool has stopped the operation since June 26, 2019.
The tool to be shipped from Fab15 to an off-site warehouse on August 16, 2021. No shipping kits installed on it. No shipping kits exist for tool's rigging.
Issue: When the wafer stage goes up on the fine mode to align the needles of probe card with PAD, it is hard to touch-down since it works wobbly.
