Macquarie Group Capital Notes
Macquarie Group Capital Notes (MCN) are unsecured, subordinated notes issued by Macquarie Group Limited. They are non-cumulative and mandatorily convertible. The MCN are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code 'MQGPA'.
The MCN were listed on the ASX on 7 June 2013. The MCN offer raised $A600 million through the issue of 6 million MCN at $A100 each.
The initial mandatory exchange date is 7 June 2021.
