Macquarie 50th Anniversary Award

Supporting the communities in which we live and work has been an important part of Macquarie’s activities since our inception in 1969. In that time, our people have devoted thousands of hours to work with non-profit organisations around the world and together with the Foundation have contributed more than $A520 million1 to drive social change at the local community level. Established in 2018, our 50th Anniversary Award extends this tradition with a further $A50 million commitment.

The Macquarie Group Foundation founded the Macquarie 50th Anniversary Award Ambassador Network to support and enable our people to volunteer alongside the five Award winning organisations, with identifying areas of opportunity, driving initiatives, and providing support and connectivity. Hear from five Ambassadors on how they’re supporting Last Mile Health, Monash University's World Mosquito Program, Murdoch Children's Research Institute World Scabies Program, Social Finance and The Ocean Cleanup to help create a better future for communities around the world.
