The Group comprises our retail banking and financial services businesses, providing a diverse range of personal banking, wealth management and business banking products and services to retail customers, advisers, brokers and business clients.

Banking and Financial Services
- Business Banking
Our Business Banking team’s offering includes tailor-made deposit, lending and payment solutions as well as tools and information that allow small to medium sized business owners to grow their businesses and run them more efficiently.
- Service Sales Centre
Our Service Sales Centre and Operations team is the engine room of our retail bank, supporting our clients by providing a high quality and timely service.
- Reporting and analytics
Our Reporting and Analytics team turn data into insightful and actionable information, enabling us to develop client-centric products and services.
- People, Culture and Client Experience
Our People, Culture and Client Experience team centrally leads how we design, build and deliver the experience that our people have working in, and our clients have working with, our Banking and Financial Services team. It includes client experience, learning and development, internal communications, diversity and inclusion and human resources.
- Product and technlogy
Our Product team creates products to meet the needs of our banking divisions and clients, and provides end-to-end support for our innovative services to individuals, successful small to medium sized businesses, professionals and high net worth clients. Our Technology team supports a variety of portfolios across payments, business transformation, cards and cash, mortgages, digital/online, liquidity and capital, wealth platforms as well as roles within our project management office.
- Credit and Risk
Our Credit and Risk team proactively identifies risks facing our businesses and develop policies, models and control frameworks to mitigate these risks, protecting the interests of our businesses and our clients.
- Wealth Management
Our Wealth Management team engineers bespoke solutions for our clients including financial advice, executive wealth management, private banking, full-service broking, cash management and wrap platform services.
- Personal Banking
Our Personal Banking team is responsible for fostering and managing relationships with external financial intermediaries, institutional partners and direct clients. They provide sales service and product management of retail mortgages, term deposits, cash accounts, insurance and financial planning.
