The ISDA Regulatory Margin Self-Disclosures Letters provided on this Website contain important information provided to counterparties in determining if and when our trading relationship will become subject to certain regulatory margin requirements for non-cleared derivatives. The format and content of these disclosures was developed by a group of industry participants in the over-the-counter derivatives market, coordinated by the International Swaps & Derivatives Association, Inc.
