Starting her journey in Manila in 2012, Melisa quickly transitioned from processing to people management and has embraced a global mobility opportunity by relocating to Hong Kong. With Macquarie’s support, Melisa has shaped a dynamic career, working with diverse teams and driving inclusivity as co-chair of the Wellness and Inclusion Employee Network Group.
