Programs and business groups
Our Financial Management Group is focused on managing Macquarie’s funding and capital. It provides strategic capital, tax and financial analysis and advice to senior management to support the growth of Macquarie’s businesses around the world.
The Group:
provides strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie's businesses and senior management, for example: works with the business on preparation of the daily profit and loss reports for the traders, helps with launch of new business trading initiatives
manages Macquarie's funding, liquidity and capital position
works with Regulatory Reporting and Compliance teams in various regions across the globe to meet regulatory and compliance obligations enables Macquarie to understand the expectations of our key stakeholders

Our Finance division provides financial management and control, management reporting and forecasting, regulatory and tax reporting and business advisory services across Macquarie. Accountancy graduates in our finance division are supported by Macquarie to complete their Chartered Accountant qualifications.
The Tax division manages tax risk across Macquarie and supports our operating groups globally. The division’s main role is to provide advisory services and technical support so that we meet our tax compliance obligations.
