Criteria described in the nomination was: evidence of leadership and innovation; outstanding achievements in deal making, fundraising, asset management and/or relationship building with key firms/clients; a demonstrable commitment to fighting climate change and maintaining social license to operate; and whether they can showcase an X factor that marks them out as a potential future leader in infrastructure.
