Gurugram Returner Program

Our Gurugram Returner Program is an opportunity for you to re-integrate yourself into the financial services sector. The program runs for 6-12 months, and offers you the opportunity to build the skills and confidence to return to work following a career break.

About the program

Over the course of the program, you will receive training, hands-on work experience, group coaching and mentoring to set you up for success as you reboot your career. This program will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise and interests, and could lead to a full-time role with Macquarie. 

After an in-depth induction and training, you’ll be working closely with your team, mentor and peers.

We have opportunities in the following groups:

  • Technology
  • Financial Management Group
  • Risk Management Group

Eligibility requirements

Seeking to return

Be seeking to return to work following a voluntary career break of at least two years.

Work experience

Have previous work experience with the relevant skills or transferable skills for the business groups available.

Skillset

Have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.

Motivated

Be highly motivated and able to contribute to the core activities of your business.
