Over the course of the program, you will receive training, hands-on work experience, group coaching and mentoring to set you up for success as you reboot your career. This program will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise and interests, and could lead to a full-time role with Macquarie.

Be seeking to return to work following a voluntary career break of at least two years.
Have previous work experience with the relevant skills or transferable skills for the business groups available.
