Outcome

Following Macquarie Capital’s initial investment in 2021, Prime’s identified $US5 billion pipeline has increased substantially as a result of the company’s rapid growth realisation and continued momentum. Subsequently – in 2023 and 2025 – Prime has introduced several other institutional investors into the business to support its multibillion-dollar growth strategy.

Since Macquarie Capital’s initial investment, Prime has expanded its reach into existing territories and new markets and has grown its capacity and capabilities to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet the increasing demands for computing power and storage.
