Semiconductor processing is often done partly in quartz containment that resist temperature, chemicals and impurities. These containment's need to be cleaned regularly. This is typically done with De-ionized water and hydrofloric acid. This unit is designed to do this cleaning process safely and efficiently.
Poly-Flow Engineering, LLC was purchased by Air Products in 2011, and operated as a division. The combined electronic manufacturing products businesses of Air Products were spun off as Versum in 2016. Technical service is handled by Versum.
