In Macquarie Asset Management, you will be part of a global, full-service asset manager, providing investment solutions to clients across a range of capabilities, including infrastructure, renewables, real estate, agriculture, transportation finance, equities, fixed income, private credit, and multi-asset solutions.
Working in our Asset Management Group, you could be:
valuing and running performance analysis of fund assets through financial modelling and scenario analysis
assisting with or owning research projects relating to both existing and targeted assets
assisting with the review and approval of asset acquisitions including financial analysis of the impact of acquisitions and appropriate funding strategy
working closely with other professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors
preparing marketing and investor relations materials for internal and external use
financial and corporate analysis of new transactions including cash-flow modelling, asset valuations, and industry research
managing existing products and developing new products, including modelling cash flows and working with the legal team in preparing and reviewing legal documentation
reviewing asset pricing and assisting with trades with internal and external trading desks
engaging with clients, external advisors, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.

Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Assets division manages over $US88.6 billion (includes infrastructure, agriculture and others; excludes real estate, private credit and transport finance) of equity across its infrastructure, renewables, and natural assets platforms. With approximately $US15.0 billion of assets under management, its team of approximately 200 real estate specialists, in 30 locations across 187 markets around the world, provide access to opportunities across the real estate spectrum – from partnering with specialist groups to creatingunlocking valuese and investing in real estate for tomorrow’s world, to the disciplined investment and management of core/core+ real estate.
Macquarie Asset Management’s Private Credit business connects institutional capital with opportunities in infrastructure, real estate and structured solutions. With approximately $US17.2 billion of equity under management, our team has arranged more than $US13.3 billion of financing solutions for borrowers across infrastructure, real estate and funds management sectors.
Macquarie Asset Management’s Asset Finance business has a long history of over 18 years in the establishment and development of transportation leasing platforms. The team currently has over $US1.7 billion of assets under management and provides access to assets across all transportation sectors, including land, air and sea.
