You may share your eGift card by forwarding the link we provide in the confirmation email that is sent to you.

Can I send my eGift card to a different email address such as my secondary email address, family member or third party?

We can only send the confirmation email with a link to your eGift card to the primary email registered on your Macquarie account. However, you may forward this link onto any other email address, including a family member or third party’s email address so they can use the voucher.

If you still can’t access your eGift card, please call us on 1300 150 300.

I can’t access my eGift card as it is showing a pending status in the link.

Sometimes things don’t work the way they should and the eGift card order gets delayed at the merchant. Please wait 24 hours for the eGift card download link to appear. If the eGift card has not appeared, please call us on 1300 150 300.
