What is the chip on my card?

Every Macquarie credit card features an embedded security microchip. This innovative technology makes your card much more secure than standard cards, which only have the magnetic strip on the back. The chip adds an extra layer of security, making it very difficult to copy your card details.

Who should I contact if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately (24 hours a day, seven days a week) on 1300 150 300 or, if you are calling from overseas, on +61 2 8232 1684.
