How can I withdraw funds from my Macquarie Cash Management Account?

The Macquarie Cash Management Account (CMA) enables you to access your funds quickly and easily.

If you are new to Macquarie, we will issue you a Macquarie ID for our online and phone services. Keep your codes secure to ensure you are not held liable for unauthorised transactions.

Online transactions

Macquarie Online allows you to:

  • transfer funds to any Australian bank account
  • use BPAY® to make payments (BPAY® limits can vary between financial institutions, so check the limits before making a payment)
  • set-up one-off, future dated or recurring payments.

Note the cut-off time for transactions to take effect.

Phone banking

Macquarie PhoneLink offers quick and easy access to your account over the phone. It allows you to pay your bills with BPAY® and transfer funds to nominated account(s).

Macquarie PhoneLink is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note the cut-off time for transactions to take effect.

  • Call Macquarie PhoneLink 133 275 and enter your Macquarie ID and PIN

PayAnyone

PayAnyone is an optional facility that enables you to transfer funds to any Australian bank account by entering the account number and BSB online. We will confirm the transaction to you by email if we have your email address. Your daily limit will be shown online, and should additional limits become available, you will be given the option to opt-in and change your limit.

Nominated accounts

If you find yourself having to make regular payments to the same account but this exceeds your daily limit, you can set-up this account as a nominated account. To set up an account, download a Nominated Account form.

Recurring payments

You can set up a funds transfer to make the same payment, such as a mortgage repayment, each week, fortnight, month or quarter. Payments can be easily set-up and maintained online.

Direct debit requests

You can authorise a person or organisation to withdraw from your account to arrange payment for expenses, such as credit cards and other bills. To arrange this, you will need to contact the receiving institution.

Lodgement times

Macquarie has lodgement times which refer to the latest time that a valid transaction request can be lodged to allow for same day processing. Refer to the lodgement times in the Further Information Booklet for details.
