Our Business Improvement and Strategy team provides advice and expertise to help our businesses achieve growth and operational effectiveness, and facilitates Macquarie's annual corporate strategy process.
Our Business Services team is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and ongoing management of Macquarie's workplaces, business resilience and sourcing and vendor management.
Our Digital Transformation and Data team partners with divisions and groups to deliver digital solutions whilst future skilling employees with capabilities such as data analytics, innovation and human centred design.
Our Human Resources team supports Macquarie's businesses by seeking to attract, recruit, reward and retain the best people. It provides global consulting and operational expertise across the organisation, aligned with business strategy.
The Macquarie Group Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Macquarie Group and provides support to hundreds of community organisations globally each year through financial support, volunteering and skills sharing. The Macquarie Group Foundation includes Macquarie Sports and the Macquarie Group Collection.
Our Operations team is responsible for delivering critical operational trade support services to a wide range of products and businesses and the operational support of our global workforce encompassing payroll, on-boarding, mobility and service desk.
The Services Management division brings together teams such as Business Resilience, Data Management and Risk Management, to ensure the group is able to meet its risk obligations and that we have appropriate and consistent controls. The team also develops consistent frameworks that address risk and compliance issues and new requirements.
