Our Banking and Financial Services Group has built a leading digital experience for our customers and partners.

The Group comprises our retail banking and financial services businesses, which provide personal banking, wealth management, business banking and vehicle asset finance products and services to retail and business clients, advisers and brokers.

Working in our Banking and Financial Services Group, you could be:

Our teams in Banking and Financial Services

Our Business Banking team provides a full range of deposit, lending and payment solutions, as well as tailored services to business clients, ranging from sole practitioners to corporate professional firms, who are engaged through a variety of channels including dedicated relationship managers.

Our Central and Operations team brings together our Services, Risk, Credit (Retail, Wholesale, Risk), Marketing, Information Management, Business Services and Finance teams.

Our People, Culture and Client Experience team combines all the elements of people and culture; centrally leading how we design, build and deliver the experience that our people have working in our division, and the experience that our clients have working with our division. 

Our Personal Banking team provides a diverse range of retail banking products to clients with mortgages, credit cards, transaction and savings accounts, and vehicle finance. It serves clients through direct Macquarie offerings, strong intermediary relationships and a leading digital banking experience.

Our Products and Technology team allows us to better harness the expertise of our product specialists and build strength by leveraging origination across all divisions.

Our Wealth Management team provides clients with a wide range of wrap platform and cash management services, investment and superannuation products, financial advice, private banking and stockbroking. It delivers products and services through institutional relationships, adviser networks and dedicated direct relationships with clients.
