Macquarie invests in our clients’ success, because we believe in being more than a bank. So we were honoured to be recognised with three awards at the annual Australian Business Banking Awards 2018 on 23 August – as Best Non-Major Business Bank, Best Industry Specialisation Bank and Outstanding Private Bank $10M+.
For over 30 years, we have provided specialised business banking to our core industries– taking the time to understand how our clients’ businesses actually work. This allows us to not only value their businesses differently for lending, assessing working capital and goodwill as well as physical assets, but also invest in new technologies to further improve their own efficiency and client experience – such as DEFT Auction Pay for real estate agencies.

We also invest in valued thought leadership and insights, such as our recent Perspective event – which saw over 400 property leaders gather to hear from remarkable speakers, and discuss how they can shape their industry’s future.

The business banking awards are judged by an independent panel of experts, while the Outstanding Private Bank award was the result of client nominations and feedback.
