Certificate of independent financial advice to borrowers
A certificate of independent legal and financial advice is required for all borrowers over 65 years old, or where specifically requested by Macquarie Bank.
This form may be used when the recipient will be receiving a monetary gift/loan to help with purchasing a property that will be provided as security to their loan application.
