The online experience for how you manage your cash clients has been enhanced. To view your cash clients, including any cash accounts linked to wrap, please log in by selecting Adviser Online from macquarie.com/adviser.


Searching for accounts and transactions

You can easily search for your accounts and associated transactions by selecting the search buttons on the homepage. This will take you to the accounts and transactions screen, where you can enter account information and filter. 


New features

In addition to the new navigation and search functions, there are more new features for you to use. See below for a summary of some updates you may benefit from.

More control over payments. See information about manual payments, see who initiated it, add receipts to payments and even cancel them. 


 

Forgotten your password? We know everyone forgets their password from time to time. This secure feature allows you to reset your password online quickly, and with no need to call us. 


 

Account information on audit reports. You can now locate your client’s BSB and account number on their audit report. 


 

Easy access to commission statements. To view these statements simply select the commission statements link from the menu bar. 


 

esi data feed setup. Generate your esi codes for client data feeds through the new portal. 


 

Co-browsing. If you ever need our help you’ll be able to give our service team members access to view your screen to easily talk you through the new features of the portal in real time.


 

Smart and simple notifications. Your existing cash notifications can be accessed in the new portal. When you have a new notification, simply click on the notification bell to view it. You can amend your existing notifications or to set up new ones by clicking on the Notification preferences icon. 

 

More enhancements are on the way

The launch of Adviser Online for your cash clients is just the start of how we’re improving your online experience, with the aim to create a single online hub for all your client account related tasks. New features and functions, as well as the inclusion of wrap accounts, will be added over the coming months.
