Partnership with Indigenous youth charity builds skills

Melbourne, 25 Aug 2015

Twenty young Indigenous men presented to a group of Macquarie Melbourne staff recently on skills they have gained through the support of the Clontarf Foundation, while staff in turn shared career insights and experiences working for a global organisation.

The Clontarf Foundation focuses on improving the education, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Indigenous men, and is one of two charities selected by the Melbourne office to support this year.

Macquarie staff also donated work appropriate clothing to assist the boys in their transition from school to employment.
