Diversity and inclusion

Our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

Macquarie’s ongoing commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion (D&I) ensures that our business remains innovative, sustainable and continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients, community, shareholders and our people.

We are making positive progress to increase diverse representation at all levels of Macquarie and sustain an inclusive workplace for all our people but we still have work to do. Our D&I strategy focuses on three key pillars to accelerate our progress:

Our diverse people

Building a workforce that reflects all aspects of diversity to bring a range of perspectives, ideas and insights to everything we do.

Our inclusive culture

Creating a workplace where our people feel respected for their uniqueness, valued for their contribution and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our clients and community

Provide and support commercial and development opportunities for under-represented people in our community.
