Mick Solimene is a Senior Managing Director in the Chicago office where he runs the firm’s Restructuring Advisory Services Practice. He has over 25 years of experience as an advisor and investor in dealing with a variety of complex capital structure solutions for under-performing and troubled companies, including out-of-court and Chapter 11 debt restructurings, exchange offers, consent solicitations and mergers and acquisitions. He is currently a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of corporate finance topics.

Ed Albert is a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and is Co-Head of the New York restructuring advisory business. Mr. Albert has led restructurings and negotiations or made investment decisions in over $50 billion of transactions both in and out of court. He has represented investors, companies, lenders, bondholders, unsecured lenders and labor in restructurings, re-financing, mergers, acquisitions and capital sourcing transactions.
Mr. Albert was previously a Managing Director and senior member in the leveraged lending and restructuring business at Fortress. Prior to that he was the head of restructuring advisory at Milestone Merchant Partners and was a Director in the restructuring practice of Giuliani Capital / Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
Mr. Albert holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, is a member of the Association for Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
