Macquarie Real Estate raises capital in the Australian market, via Australian listed Property Trusts, for investment in US real estate assets. For US real estate companies, we offer access to a new source of capital with a highly attractive "infinite lifespan". From a zero base in 2001, Macquarie Real Estate has over $8 billion of North American real estate assets under management in joint venture with its partners.
We seek to establish joint venture partnerships with US real estate operating companies, with a view to forming long-term strategic relationships, combining operational and asset management capabilities with capital management skills to increase the value of the assets and the investment over the long-term.
