Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc.

Macquarie operates a global debt business conducted through various Macquarie entities that has over 55 professionals engaged in the origination, structuring and placement of structured, corporate and government debt in the public and private placement markets. In the US, the Debt Markets business operates through Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., a registered US broker-dealer.

Debt Markets also offers synthetic capital and risk management solutions and investor products, such as inflation, structured interest rate, credit, commodity and portfolio linked notes.

The business is part of the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities of Macquarie, which also conducts business in agricultural commodities, energy markets, energy capital, futures, foreign exchange, and bullion and base metals. In the United States, some of these businesses are marketed through Macquarie Bank Limited’s Representative Offices. Macquarie’s Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities employs over 600 professionals globally, and is a financial intermediary, structured risk management solutions provider, and arranger of financings and, in some jurisdictions, a market maker for clients in a wide range of industries.
