The Company’s immediate holding company is Macquarie Group Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Limited, incorporated in Singapore. Its ultimate holding company is Macquarie Group Limited, incorporated in Australia.
As the Company has engaged Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd as its captive manager, no personnel are employed by the Company.
