I chose to join Macquarie because of its top-ranked Global Commodities Team. As a Senior Equity Research Associate covering Metals & Mining, I have had the privilege of working closely on Day 1 with the most respected and reputable Commodities experts in the world. My role is to come up with impactful and innovative research on the Metals & Mining sector in order to assist institutional clients with their investment decisions.

The part I like best about working on the US Equity Research platform is the entrepreneurial feel. The US platform has been growing very rapidly over the past two years, and it has been exciting to participate in a very direct manner in the success of the US business. There is very much an ownership mentality at Macquarie where I believe strong performance is rewarded and there is tremendous upside for career progression.
