It is the people and culture that first drew me to Macquarie. The diversity of the people and the camaraderie in the office make for a great working environment. There is no hierarchy and I can work with and learn from the experiences of senior colleagues who are always more than willing to answer all my questions.

Since I started working in the Risk Management Group, I have been exposed to a wide range of counterparties and products and have taken on a lot of responsibility from day one. Although I focus on emerging markets and hedge funds, I have had the opportunity to look at everything from broker/dealers to state utilities and Latin American sovereigns.
