Title: Analyst One of the great things about working in Market Risk is how much you learn. In the span of three months, I’ve worked on projects for several very different desks and seen deals through their entire life cycle. This involves a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business. It’s very rewarding to be able to start the day not knowing anything about a product and end after having an in-depth discussion about a complex transaction with a colleague who has decades of industry experience. This is only possible because of the open environment that exists at Macquarie where everyone is willing to share their knowledge and learning as much as you can is encouraged. |
