As an analyst, I cover stocks in the Property Casualty Insurance space. What’s great about my position is that things are constantly changing and I find myself doing something new and different every day. As an analyst, I am forced to think about issues and data in different and creative ways. The skills, support and expertise of many of my senior colleagues have really helped me to learn and understand my specific sector. Macquarie is unique in that it promotes employees to take initiative and take on responsibility.

As an employee in the New York office, I have the opportunity to work with and learn from people throughout the world. From a research perspective, this enables us to collaborate with Macquarie analysts from many different regions of the world to gain a global perspective of our industry.
