The people, culture of teamwork and the global track record of success is what drew me to Macquarie

managing the risk of our structured products and seeking profit opportunities. I enjoy the challenge of trading and managing structured product risk in an unpredictable, volatile market which is always a complex task.

An average workday for me involves getting to the office early to review our positions and quote pricing, communicating with our Europe and Asia desks and catching up on the news and market color before the markets open. Throughout the day, I execute hedges for new products and take views on volatility with the aim to improve our pricing and modeling systems. Every day is busy and there are always new challenges.
