I was originally attracted to Macquarie by its entrepreneurial environment and innovative approach to doing business.

I joined the Macquarie Airports team that was preparing its bid to acquire Sydney Airport  – a $3.6 billion transaction and major deal for Macquarie. For my first deal, it was an amazing experience.  After nine months in Sydney, I relocated to our Toronto office to work on acquisitions for one of our unlisted funds.

In each deal, I’ve had a number of different roles from financial modeling, documentation, running a debt process, technical due diligence and negotiating commercial agreements.

After three years in Canada, I relocated to New York. Most recently, I was part of the team that negotiated and closed the merger of Trajen Holdings and Atlantic Aviation to create one of the largest airport services companies in the US.
