Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for the management of Macquarie’s global technology infrastructure, the support and development of existing business systems and the delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services. Each major business in Macquarie has a co-located IT team dedicated to understanding its particular technology needs.
ITG’s culture is characterized by business alignment, client commitment, innovation and teamwork. Our strategic vision is “Delivering technology integral to Macquarie’s success” and we recognize that this can only be achieved by providing our staff with opportunities to develop professionally, both through challenging work and structured learning.
There are two distinct but overlapping teams within ITG:
Business aligned Account Teams, which develop, maintain and enhance critical systems and facilitate operational and strategic objectives. Our Account Teams utilize a variety of languages, tools and technologies to customize and support front, middle and back office systems.
Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for the management and delivery of Macquarie’s technology infrastructure and the management of highly sophisticated global networks. ITS is committed to providing operational excellence, 24x7 availability, architecture and design, technical project delivery, systems integration and technical innovation across a broad range of technical platforms.
