Lending specialises in offering bridging and term-lending facilities to large corporate clients and the acquisition of debt assets that are generally held to maturity. Lending has a specialist, London-based team of over [30] professionals.
Macquarie Equipment Finance provides what few others can - a complete asset management lifecycle solution, from acquisition planning and upgrades to remarketing, disposal, and other end-of-lease services, across a range of asset classes with primary focus on IT, medical and general equipment. It serves direct end-user customers across all industries, including major corporations, government institutions, and universities.
Metering was established in 2003 together with Siemens Metering Services to provide 1.5 million traditional domestic gas and electricity meters to British Gas in London and East Anglia in the UK. Since then, CAF has not only broadened Metering to fund smart electricity and gas meters to British Gas domestic customers but is also now an independent meter funding business that installs and funds tens of thousands of sophisticated smart electricity meters into the UK Industrial and Commercial markets, thereby assisting the UK government in delivering its targeted carbon emission reductions.
Macquarie Aviation Capital (MAC) is Dublin-based and leases and trades spare commercial jet aircraft engines. MAC offers lease financing, equipment trading and remarketing services to airlines, maintenance repair and overhaul organisations, equipment manufacturers and aviation leasing companies in each of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Pacific and the Americas.
Maritime is a London-based initiative to provide finance, both debt and equity, to the maritime sector.
