MFG’s two main businesses are:

Investment Solutions and Sales (ISS) - The ISS team specialises in providing a range of market-leading financial transactions and investments to clients. In particular the team pioneers new retail structured financial products. The team manufactures and distributes products independently and through joint ventures around the world with distribution capabilities and offices in Australia, Europe, Asia and North America. The Incubation team within ISS focuses on identifying, recruiting and seeding exceptional investment talent to create new hedge funds, long only funds and structured funds.

Asset Management - MFG manufactures and distributes funds across a broad spectrum of listed securities including international equities, infrastructure securities and real estate investment trusts (REITs). MFG’s asset management capabilities also cover the full range of global fixed income, credit and cash securities including specialised offerings in commodities.
MFG also has an Affiliated Managers business which pursues strategic acquisitions and acquires controlling stakes in high-quality specialised asset managers. Middle and back office departments within MFG include Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, and Operations. The Operations team provides portfolio accounting and administrative support across all of MFG’s portfolios.
We currently have approximately 600 staff and offices in 17 locations across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
