After graduating in Science, Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, Basil joined Macquarie via the graduate recruitment programme in 2006. Since joining Macquarie Capital Advisers, Basil has had the opportunity to participate in a number of training courses, including an initial 2 week training programme at Macquarie’s head office in Sydney. Transferring to Macquarie’s Abu Dhabi office in May 2009, Basil currently works within the Social Infrastructure and Healthcare team looking at an increasing number social infrastructure and healthcare PPP projects. Describing his role as incredibly exciting, Basil loves seeing how his team can help people and firms in the Middle East region achieve their objectives and ambitions.
